Sprint Nextel: Pause donations to the Boy Scouts of America

The support of the Boy Scouts of America by the donations of an inclusive company such as Sprint Nextel (Sprint) undermines the policy that Sprint supports. As a company that supports National Coming Out day, Aids awareness, has an Employee Pride group, and even includes many benefits that employees get to partake of LGBT even to the extent of including gender reassignment with the health care benefits, the support of the Boy Scouts of America seems to undermine the policy that Sprint supposedly proport.

This petition is not to discredit the efforts of the Boy Scouts of America- as it is a commendable organization. Rather, this is to bring awareness to their anti-gay and anti-atheist policy.

Join United Parcel Service (UPS), Intel Corporation, regional United Way organizations, and more that have realized that donating to an organization whose values differ than their own cause inconsistencies within the company, and promote discrimination against LGBT individuals.
