Problem
Sprint often advertises how affordable and great their service is.
They are being less than honest when it comes to their services. I am a Boston Native, and resident. I live and work in the City of Boston and at NO point does my service work.
Calls drop, you cannot do two things at once on a spring line. For example, I cannot talk on the phone and text or surf the web while on a call. The customer service is just as bad, they do not fix anything- they want you to spend hours of your day troubleshooting BRAND new Iphones like working adults have the time to speak with Sprint all day

Solution
Sprint needs obtain better Cell towers or update the ones they have, ALONG with waiving cancellation fees for customers wanting to leave them for inadequate services.

I want to leave and am being told I need to pay 500.00 and RETURN my phone. Why would I pay 500.00 to return a phone that they will turn around and sell?

Profit over people.

Personal story
A consumer that is truly annoyed this the amount I pay SPRINT per month for two lines, along with the amount they are asking me to pay due to their horrible services.
