As a group, members of The Springs feel special largely because we have become like extended family members. Much of this very positive feeling comes from the long term staff that we have enjoyed over the years. In many cases we have helped staff with generous donations in times of personal crisis as well as a staff scholarship program.

This family spirit has become an important part of our daily life here at The Springs.Therefore the numerous changes in staff has us very unhappy. 

This petition is respectfully asking management and the Board to inquire with respect to Policy regarding retention of employees and what needs to be done to provide a fair process to ensure a long serving and loyal staff.

Specifically it was brought to our attention the situation of Joel Cutler. We all believe that Joel was an exemplary employee who should be reconsidered to be given a thoughtful policy regarding retention of employee.
