Keep Rycenga's disc golf course open!

Rycenga has a fun and beautiful disc golf course. Disc golf is a great family sport, and its great for the community. A lot of younger people spend their time disc golfing instead of engaging in harmful and illegal activities.

The disc golfers are not solely responsible for parking on the road. We all know the rules, I always see people walking their dogs parked by the road. It is clearly posted and we respect the park.

I also do not believe the parking lot vandalism was from a disc golfer. We are being accused with no proof, everyone I have met at Rycenga is super friendly. Its a great family environment. I see kids all the way from 5 to adults around 60.

Part of the problem is garbage, because the park groundskeeper is not doing his job. They never empty the cans so obviously they're going to get full. There is an incredible amount of traffic through the course. Also all of the garbage cans were donated by the Rat Pack Disc Golf Club to help keep the course clean. We are trying to raise money to purchase more garbage cans.

The disc golf course brings around 100 people a day into the area spending money on local businesses. The loss of revenue is hurting our small town economy. Were sending our money to Holland and Grand Rapids where they actually care about the disc golf community.

Mr. John Nash has been against disc golf since day one and has just found some ridiculous excuse to remove the course. Mr. Nash is not being fair towards disc golfers or the local businesses and needs to be stopped.

Please help support our local disc golf course and get the nets put back in!
