My mother Charlene Cantrell Syms, is buried at Spring Grove Cemetary in Hartford Ct. I went to visit her grave on Monday , September 05,2022. I would like to report my complaint about the poor maintenance and conditions of the area surrounding my mother.  I observed piles of garbage and dirt everywhere trees tumbled down on graves. Illegal dumping. Trees are severely overgrown and there is so much overgrown weeds covering graves and my moms. I could not find her grave. The smell is beyond atrocious. Iam beyond upset and disgusted by what I saw. I did not bury my mother there for her to become part of the trash,weeds,mountains of dirt or the trees that tumbled down and overgrown trees. I am very disturbed  seeing the lack of care taken at Spring Grove Cemetary. Thank you for your time and hope that they will rectify the situation immediately.
