20% of teachers/educators don’t have a good enough to wage to support their families. 1 in 2 teachers quit by their fifth year due to low wage. This has made instructional performance lower and is connected to our bad educational system. The only way to make this system better is to connect with policy makers and make them more aware this is a problem. Sure, they might already be, but this is an immediate problem.
