Last week, Doja Cat announced a remix of Say So featuring Nicki Minaj would be releasing. However, it supposedly leaked 12 hours early. Both artists confirmed that the leak was not the version that they had planned on releasing but an older demo. In this demo version, Nicki Minaj raps a verse over the original song beat. When the official remix released, Spotify accidentally put out said demo and took a few extra hours to fix the glitch. In the official version, Nicki raps over a new beat with a new verse. Many fans felt that this change made the song less cohesive and even controversial. The small number of fans that have heard the old demo are largely in agreement that it is the better version. While we could still stream the original version on YouTube, we want to stream on platforms such as Spotify or Apple Music so said streams can benefit Doja Cat and Nicki Minaj.

So I'm proposing that streaming services consider re-releasing the original demo of Say So Remix so people can choose to stream either the demo or the official remix. This way, everyone wins! Doja and Nicki can still profit off of both songs, and fans have a choice of which version to stream! Please consider this seriously!
