By allowing a feature to comment on “Spotify” you will be able to share your thoughts on an artist or project, and you will be able to see others, too.  They should be filtered, for the sake of an artists work and to prevent bullying. Having this feedback, artists could create projects that their listeners want to hear. This feature will also help listeners create kinship with each other. You could make many bonds with people that you have shared interest with. 

   The reasoning for this feature is crucial; listeners want to have this. With this feature, Spotify would have higher reviews and more listeners, therefor more income.
