Coburg Basketball Stadium is currently undergoing renovations. But in these renovations SSV( Sports Stadiums Victoria) is trying to remove the prestigious Court 1 from being a show court for large basketball events, by making it a multi sport court with a blur of different sports lines on the court. This would negatively affect the use of the court for high level basket such as Big v that Coburg giants have used this court for for over 20 years. Whilst we understand that other sports occasionally use the courts at Coburg, it is primarily a basketball Stadium. With basketball being played there every single day of the week.
