For years now, professional sports facilities have been getting away with robbery. This robbery is the fact that they are selling domestic, light beers for upwards of 10 dollars. The bulk cost of these beers is less than 50 cents on average, yet in many ballparks, these beverages cost near 12 dollars, if not more. We as sports fans need to rally together to establish a price cap. I am all for these teams profiting, but even at a 5 dollar price cap, it should be more than enough profit to give the organization what they need to meet their bottom line, as well as letting a budget fan enjoy many ballpark beers in a sitting.
