This petition will be presented in front of a judge in an attempt to reopen Sports City to dine in business. Currently the rate of COVID-19 infection in Western New York restaurants is below 1.4% in comparison to "living room spread" of over 73%. The public is safer gathering in restaurants such as Sports City with the protocols, cleanliness, and measures in place to keep every patron safe. Please sign below in an attempt to help us get our doors back open and help our staff get their jobs back. We have struggled for 10 months, and now we have the evidence to prove we are not a source of the problem, but possibly even a solution. Help us and help your community.
