Utah Nicotine Laws Ridiculous

Utah Nicotine Laws Ridiculous
This has gone quite far enough...
Utah department of health has just passed another new law that regulates our percentage of nicotine consumption. I don't know about anyone else but this is something that I believe is none of their business and should have no part in telling us what amount of nicotine is ok for us to use. I doubt that any of the people that passed this law uses these products or else I have a feeling that they would have declined to support it.
I understand the health risks and I am old enough to make my own decisions on the matter. I personally like having a higher percentage because it allows me to smoke less at a time then I would if it were lower. I don't understand why the health department has decided to take this basic freedom away from us. Why didn't I get a say in the matter? Isn't Utah part of this great nation named America? Where we can decide for ourselves?
Taking away this from the people puts some of us in a very uncomfortable situation where we have to spend as much money for a percentage that will not help us stay away from the tobacco alternative. Are they going to say next that you can only smoke half of a cigarette at a time? Or will they just put more and more restrictions within the state that no businesses will be willing to try to accommodate their rules for some slight margin of profit that throws off their whole process of creating it in the first place?
I am asking my fellow Utahn's to sign this petition to possibly bring some awareness of the effects this law has imposed on me and others in my same situation. Stop the overreach of this biased government within this church ran state. Don't impose your own beliefs and standards on me. I am not you, I am me.
