FBI + HELLS ANGELS = FEDERAL RACKETEERING 

 

 For over 18 months I've been battling for my life based on fabricated evidence that they re still withholding . 

 

I was indicted  January 5 th and their  deadline for evidence was march 4th and 

 

still in May have not received evidence to proceed with my case past the 

 

march 4th deadline  .They threatened me with a RICO meanwhile they are clearly racketeering and violating 

 

constitutional rights . Our Rights in the motorcycle community are being attacked . This is where it begins but 

 

not where it ends. It ends with them stepping all over our rights and getting away with it because they’re a 

 

gang themselves 

 

 Please help me shed light on the corruption our government is doing . To them we are just Bikers that nobody 

 

 

 

cares about . lets let them know how supportive we are when it comes down to riding for eachother!!!!!  All that 

 

talk now is the time to show

while being held without evidence not only has my brother lost Essential time with his daughter and family he has had to face hardships like loosing childhood friends , family , beloved pets , etc. 

they have violated his constitutional rights to practice his religion at times and even made it harder for him to properly have physical therapy after a crucial surgery. 
They are extending it and stalling  as much as they can While blaming it on Covid
