Hello my name is Nicole, I am starting a petition to show highways, local police and councillors how bad speeding is in our road ( BILBIE CLOSE). 

We request to have speed humps put in and a 20 mph speed limit, to reduce speeding in our neighbourhood. 
Due to speeding 3 cats have lost there lives, and children have nearly been run over due to drivers not being able to see children or due to them driving fast, there is a school along our road, if that doesn't bother drivers then what will.. soon it will  be too late and someone’s life lost! 

 I would appreciate everyone’s help to make people see how bad this problem has got.
