The two main routes through the village of Barnby Dun (High Street & Doncaster Rd/Top Road/Stainforth Road) have for too long suffered with speeding motorists, which causes alarm and distress for its residents, and physical damage to buildings and highways infrastructure.

A number of vehicle accidents which are speed related have happened and quite possibly could have been avoided. 

We request that the City Of Doncaster Council recognises the danger presented by the high speed of motorists driving through Barnby Dun and invest in effective traffic calming measures.
