After witnessing a number of accidents, and very near misses, we the residents of Spring Gardens want to have the speed limit decreased for this road. There is a very popular walk way from St Helens to Spring Gardens that is used by hundreds of families and children, this walk way crosses the main road. We have seen accidents, people knocked of bikes, and hundreds of near misses with kids crossing this road. We would like your help to decrease the speed on this road before there are any fatal accidents.
