With a growing number of young kids, the consequences for the speeding traffic on Hearn ave has grown substantially. In the few years I've lived on Hearn, I've seen incredibly reckless driving. On May 4th a community dog was hit by one of these speeding cars. Unfortunately, Tico did not make it and the car did not stick around to help them. It was a hit and run. We are asking the City to not wait for another unnecessary death to do something about this.

We are asking for your support in pushing the City to implement speed calming strategies on Hearn Ave. Something that goes beyond the "drive slow" signs which continue to have no positive impact.
