When the speed bumps got installed by Sacramento County on Front Street and Q Street, 7th Street and Albemarle Ave, O Street and Front St Rio Linda Ca, 95673 Quebec way became a fairway. The traffic from Dabney Ave, Albemarle Ave, Front Street, and 7Th Street they use Quebec Way to miss the speed bumps. Or only must use one speed bump instead of three speed bumps. It would be fine if they used Quebec way as it is intended for. It has become a speedway. We have daily issues with driver speeding almost hitting kids that live on Quebec Way, Skagway Court, and Yukon Court that meet Quebec Way. I have spent my own money for cones to try and protect my friend kids that visit me and my neighbor’s kids. They have no consideration for them and almost hit them. I have bought a radar gun to see how fast they go down Quebec Way is fluctuating between 30-40 MPH when they fly around the corners on 7 Street and Quebec Way and Front Street and Quebec Way almost hitting automobiles and people all day every day. Action needs to be taken immediately.
