I’m sure 99% of down town residents would agree that speed bumps and more street lights are needed. 
Some people pay absolutely no mind to the stop signs and even ones who do are still flying through the streets. 
We have animals and kids to protect and also our property—most of us only have street parking so it’s a matter of time before one of our cars gets swiped. 

As soon as it gets dark out, it’s DARK! If we had more street lights, a lot less criminal behavior would happen and we would all feel safer.
