There is a problem with the amount of people who speed down orrell lane which is a 20mph zone due to it being a built up residential area as well as having a school and nursery on the lane also. These speeding drivers are putting our children at risk. This road is also very narrow, with residents cars parked on one side of the road in designated parking spaces, the speed that people drive, it’s a massive accident waiting to happen. 
I think having speeding bumps down orrell lane will help deter people from speeding at such speeds and also make it a much safer environment for our children going in and out of the school and nursery. 
I believe that this has been an on going issue for a very long time and yet nothing has been done about it. 
I would like to get as many people to support this so we can finally make it a safer road and safer place for residents to live.
