- Speaker Trevor Mallard has shown multiple times this year his level of maturity matches a boy growing his first batch of pubes.
for example when he decided to turn parliament sprinklers onto the protesters during a sprinkler ban / water shortage and when he played baby shark, titanic and other terrible music and propaganda through loud speaker’s. And now recently trespassing Matt King & Winston Peters because they addressed the 10s of thousands of people representing 100s of thousands of people that don’t agree with the current governments actions and spoke to peaceful protesters. At the times Matt King and Winston visited the protest the intentions of the protest where peaceful and the protest only became a riot like situation on day 24 after the police came in forcefully at 6.30am after being ordered to do so by Trevor Mallard who must have forgotten the New Zealand Bill of rights act 1990 gives you, the right to meet and organise with others – “Freedom of association”
the right to gather and protest with others – “Freedom of peaceful assembly”
the right to speak out and say what you think – “Freedom of expression”.
and also that There are no legal limits specifically on how long your protest can go for.
over all Speaker Trevor Mallards actions are poorly justified are just plain and stupid dirty politics. I believe that it’s time for Mallard to resign, If you agree please sign my petition. Thank you
