Move NY seems like a truly sensible plan. IF _all_ its elements are implemented, that is.

I'm signing because I live in NYC and depend on the subway, as my main method of transportation, other than walking. We have the most extensive and most used subway system in the world, and it must run on time, without constant delays. Little fix-ups for tourists are a waste of money. Make the subways run dependably for those of us, who live here and don't use cars, cabs and other traffic congestors and polluters.
