It is required that animals must be spayed or neutered. I find that wrong, because I believe Animals have rights just like us. Everybody wants to spay/neuter all of these animals, pretty soon, there will be no more animals. Did I forget to mention, by spaying/neutering an animal, it causes them to fall into depression.
