As the venerable Falcon 9 rocket is likely to retire within the decade following the rise of the Starship orbital vehicle, I propose that SpaceX should give homage to one of the greatest rockets of all time by mounting a 10 meter tall, copper, scale model of the Falcon 9 rocket atop the Orbital Launch Tower at Boca Chica, Texas to be used both to note the remarkable history of this rocket and also to act as lightning protection system (AKA lightning rod) for Starship orbital launches.
