Southwest Must Refund All Cancelations during this Corona Virus emergency.

I am high risk in two categories for this virus. I had to cancel my flight die to the pandemic. I have been lied to, ignored and treated like a child by their customer service. I have been told they do not have anyone above these people to complain to. These are circumstances so far out of normal and they need to do better.
