Due to this unforeseen pandemic many of us are struggling financially at this difficult time and cannot afford to use these tickets at a future date. Southwest needs to step up, do the right thing and refund their customers.
Southwest Airlines is not cooperating at all with the Corona Virus situation. They refuse to give money back to customers. They offer credit for the same amount of money that can be used before a year passes since the purchase date of the tickets. I will probably lost my $900 credit because I will not need to travel in two years or more. I just bought those three tickets for me and my family to an event in Indiana that was cancelled because the Corona Virus. Southwest should be more flexible in this special health emergency. Shame on you Southwest.
