Southlake Citizens Opposed to High Density Residential Development started this petition to Cooper and Company Frank Bliss and

Southlake residents concerned about protecting our city especially from the negative impact of higher density development.

Our fine City of Southlake has had a master plan in place for decades that specifically outlines our total build out population of 34,188 residents as well as our overall suburban atmosphere. Changing the master plan for our community and increasing our total build out population will have a negative impact on our City and School infrastructure as well reduce our future sales tax revenues significantly.

We need to stand together as a Community on this important issue. While it is very important to continue and finalize the development of our Town Square we must insist that it is done to the highest and best Southlake standards.

Don’t urbanize our Southlake!
