People being thrown out on the street in a pandemic because they can’t pay their bills because they can’t work because there’s a pandemic is not only inhumane and stupid; it’s also setting up big expensive problems that you politicians will have to fix later.

i was in the campus dorms during spring semester 2020 and i know how much it impacted me when i couldn’t even use my own kitchen as classes were moved online. it’s a ripoff and i don’t want anyone else stuck in that situation.
