Wellington Development and Kessler are at it again, they plan to present development plans at the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting, on Thursday, August 12th. For an additional 80+ homes to be built in the neighborhood. These proposed homes would be IN ADDITION TO the homes that would be built across from the pond. These new homes would be slated towards the most recent new development in Southern Trace, going back towards Woodruff Farms, and down towards Ziegler Road.
