During this pandemic with all the unknown variables of disease transmission it is not safe for students and staff to be together!  If it is not safe to dine in a restaurant how is it safe for us to have in person education!  Even one student or staff member death is one too many!  Protect the children and staff and go virtual for the rest of the year, open only when we can GUARANTEE the safety of the ENTIRE school population!  Do we want a section of our yearbook to be in memorial for AVOIDABLE COVID DEATHS?  If you are in favor of in person education are you ok with your child getting sick with COVID and bringing it home to your family?  We need to think before we react!  Education needs a nurturing environment that does not exist right now!  Let’s spend the remainder of the summer planning on how to make virtual learning work best for our students!
