When you click on the search icon on the University website, it brings up a few options. If the "People/ID search" option is clicked, it allows you to search the name for a professor or student on campus. This can be useful to locate an office of a professor. However, when a student is searched for, it displays either the permanent address or where the student is currently living. This is a potential risk to students and their safety. I personally believe data privacy online is very important, and if you do too, please sign this petition.
