Im signing this petition as they seem to forget that this is a little girl who wants to be with her family at home - please give her the support at home she needs, give her a better quality of life

I'm signing because I also have chronic illnesses that doctors have the audacity to try to dismiss as phychological disorders. Doctors need to listen to their patients above all and stay up to date and open minded regarding new research and treatment options. As a fellow youngster who suffers from (suspected) Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, reading Bethanie's story sadden me tremendously. I truly hope that this petition helps to give her the tad bit of normalcy and joy every young girl needs that is impossible to get when confined within a hospital room hooked up to loud machinery. I wish young Bethanie and her family the best. #freebethanie!

You are holding Bethanie against her will, let her go home!

This little girl should be at home with family and friends, not held against her will in a hospital!

This is unacceptable and has to stop! It is no way for this little girl to be treated, she should be at home with her family. My advice to the family is seek legal advice!

I think if the parents can look after there child at home, then she shld be allowed to be.. As long as she is getting all her medical needs seen to, then why not.?

No child should be kept from their life, in effect that is what this little girl is going through, I have a close friend who has eds so I have some kind of understanding of the condition. Let this little girl experience her life outside a room.
