Speed limits of 20 mph in and around Sutton scotney village

On the 18th July 2017 my cat was knocked over by a car, resulting in him having to have his right back leg amputated. 2 years ago also another of my cats was knocked over and killed on the exact same road. In the past 2 years there has been endless pointless deaths of other peoples cats on these roads. There needs to be a speed limit of 20mph as soon as you hit the Sutton scotney bounderie signs from each side of the village and going through the village, zebra crossings or pelican crossings put in place to be able to get to the post office safely which is situated in the garage over the road and also the road over to the village shop. Please support me in helping to try and end all of this to our much loved animals. Not only is there a a concern for them but also children and elderly residents.
