With the latest decision by the Governor to leave the masking of children up to the local towns; we implore you to allow parents the choice. Recent studies by the CDC have concluded the effectiveness of masks among students has had minimum effect on the transmission of Covid-19. We seen this to be true in the past months amongst our schools. We are asking in good faith that this board would allow parents to choose what is best for their children as it relates to masks. It must be noted that many children are suffering from a variety of different mental and emotional conditions such a hyper anxiety and depression due to the enforcement of wearing masks.We stand united and in agreement by signature to REQUEST MASK CHOICE. PARENTS TO DECIDE WHAT IS BEST FOR THEIR CHILDREN.
