No disabled access under the disabled rights act it should be there. You have it at Bournemouth and Southampton. Not good enough SWR.

I have used this station. It is an embarrassment to be in this condition of unavailability for use of the disabled, and the high rates paid in the area.

My husband is totally dependant on his mobility scooter which is small enough to go on buses and trains.

I’m signing this because I was affected. I went to visit my sister totally unaware of how an accessible this was fortunately when I got off the train there were other people who were able to help me take my walker up the stairs. It wasn’t a pleasant experience in view of my reduced mobility. Had no one got off at the same station I would’ve been marooned on the platform.

It is absolutely wrong that a company is being allowed to ignore its promises.
