Due to the lack of participation found amongst the primary voting session for our junior takeover theme, it is in our best interest to cast a re-vote. Out of the 170 students that comprise our junior class, only a total of 80 voted. 15 of these voters won their designated theme of "space." Albeit the process was concise and fairly won, it would be unfair for the class as a whole to participate in something they do not wish to partake in. As a solution, advocacy for the re-voting process will be advertised in order to incorporate ALL students. Some changes that will take place in the re-voting process will be the decrease of options in the number of themes and prioritization of the ideas that the majority desires. These two actions contribute to centralizing the margins of outcome for compensation of potential-low participation, as well as equalizing the imbalance of unrepresented voters.
