Lindsayfield has more and more houses being built every day.  This has resulted in massive traffic queues.

The promised through road is not happening until late 2021.  This is too long to wait.

The Liberal Democrats have been active in campaigning to get better road access to Lindsayfield and are now calling for the construction of this road which has been agreed by planning, to be brought forward.  

The residents of Lindsayfield deserve better.  There is already a growing housing development with no community facilities.  Access to and from the are is a must.  

We are asking South Lanarkshire Council to reconsider.  To make the through road a priority.  To consider the folks already living in Lindsayfield, and not wait until further developments and a school in Jackton are complete, prior to completing a through road.

Please sign this petition and let South Lanarkshire Council know the extent of public feeling.  Help them to understand how many people are affected by the lack of access/exits to Lindsayfield.
