I believe that the councils use of bailiffs for collection of debts is heavy handed and immoral. It does not follow the S.H.D.C code of conduct and causes much distress for tax paying constituents, especially vulnerable people and  low income households. I have been affected by this and I am sure many others have suffered  from the use of bullying and intimidation tactics. Please show your support in ending this outdated practice by signing this petition.
