Warehouses are coming in left and right with no oppositions to stop from city planning and city council! Multiple attempts have been facilitated so that city planning and city council can hear our points but instead, we are just being told this is “balance” by the Mayor!

Warehouses bring more truck traffic, the more truck traffic we incur, the more air pollutants are emitted into our air. Air pollution from diesel trucks causes lung cancer, asthma, decreased lung reproduction in children, heart issues, and premature death, according to the American Lung Association 2020.

Our streets are being polluted by these diesel trucks 24/7. Our homes now have warehouses as backyards and our children’s  schools surrounded by warehouses as well! The residents of south fontana are sick of this, and now 2 police officers babysitting trucks so they follow their truck routes instead of being out there patrolling our streets!

Our health is more important that what these warehouses have to offer. Our lungs are not for sale! The safety of our families should come first! Please help us fight this because it affects us all!
