Extend Daylight Savings Time in SC after fall

The historic time change was created back in 1916 but has had some benefits in the past with energy saving. The minimal savings does not amount to family outdoor time and activities. In South Carolina many parents leave work when it is dark and return when it is dark leaving little to no time for outdoor activities. By not eliminating the hour in the fall would allow a little more time for outdoor activities. Adult obesity rating for SC in a recent study had SC ranked 12th and early data in 2007 had SC children in the top 10 of the country.
