I need to be their voice! This is cruel. If you can’t take care of dog give him to a family who understands they need love and care

As I drive back-and-forth to work I often see animals was nothing more than a hollow dog house a dog chain and some pine straw to get through the super cold nights. These animals should be taken from their owners or at the very least the owner should be greatly encouraged to provide more shelter that’s warm for inclement weather. And if they can’t they should be fine

Animals have rights too. This is another form of animal cruelty in my eyes and animal cruelty is now against the law. These animals deserve respect.

It's cruel to do this to animals. Maybe their owners should spend the night outside to see what it's like. South Carolina needs to start being more humane and lead with intelligence and compassion. Old laws and good Ole boy ways are long past. New laws are seriously overdue.

When people abuse animals, they also abuse people, this next step is very small. And we know that all.

I believe animals should be cared for as a part of the family. If don't want them to live in your home or at least in a climate controlled environment than don't own one.
