I've lived on hutto pond rd for the past 3 years. This is a dirt road that is suppose to be kept up by the county but they don't. It is a terrible wash board dort road. It tears up multiple vehicles. I have had 2 cars go down due to this road. Nowadays vehicles aren't cheap. Furthermore the community is growing. There are alot more residents that stay on this dirt road now. Kids riding bikes but can't ride far or long because of the dirt. I have 3 kids now. My 7yr old a 4 yr old and a 4 month old are pride and joy. I would love for them to be able to ride their bikes with us for some great exercise. Even tho my 4 month old won't be ready to ride for a while we would still love to enjoy this with our other kids. The dust from the dirty of a fast moving vehicle that passes by covers houses, plants, shrubs, cars etc. in a cloud of dust. I know we are in the county but we still should have a paved road also. It benefits not just me and my kids or the community but also the mail delivery, fire and rescue, police, ambulance etc. I had a car and house fire at the same time this year and because of the dirt road being so badly outta shape and bumpy it took them longer to reach me. Which the fore did more and more damage. Please sign thus petition you would be helping out alot of families.
