World Rugby has made a press statement that without Rugby Officials, rugby as a sport, will not exist. Nonsense! I would rather say without PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS rugby will not exist.

So, in order to support what Rassie Erasmus has said in the "controversial" video, let us tell World Rugby Management members that they serve rugby and are not Royalty appointed to tell rugby what to do, but to serve ALL interests of the sport Rugby.

Servant leadership means you listen, support and lead in what the wishes are of those whom you lead!

So, rugby officials are not untouchable. They are accountable to the players in the match, the teams, supporters and not only to those who appointed them. The time has come for a REALITY Check.
