The problem I want to solve.

Stellenbosch council approved the roads and streets by-law delegation and admission of guilt fines.which could  result the homeless being fined up to R500 for sleeping on the street.

Why should homeless people be fined for living on the streets.These people are staying on the streets for a reason. Why should they pay R500 fines for being homeless and sleeping on the streets.

Sassa people gets R350 a month so where should these people get R500 to pay their fines.

It's wrong and we all should stand together on this and help the homeless because ..

THEY ARE HUMAN TOO!!
