South Africa government doesn't care about the Health System. I left, because we are working in the most horrible conditions with very small compensation. There's no equipment to do your nursing care to the best of your ability and not enough staff. The workload is unbearable. I don't want to pay tax as an expat, because all the money goes to the government's pockets. They are experts in fraud and money looting.

I don't believe in double taxing or taxing people who have only got a slender link with their country of birth. The measure is also likely to convince more people to cut their ties with South Africa altogether.

I think this totally outrageous and becomes restrictive to persons who need to ply their trade or profession outside the boeders of South Africa. This penalises people trying to earn an honest living.

It's totally unfair to pay tax here if you don't reside here.
