Unacceptable Service Delivery at Eastlynne Post Office
To whom it may concern
When residents of Eersterust and surrounding areas use Eastlynne post office, we are met with rude staff who have no sense of creating a positive defining moment while serving customers. The managerial staff need to be investigated for possible mismanagement of allocated funds and wasteful expenditure;as the said facility have NOT had paper for renewal of license forms and ID copies since February 2021 as confirmed by Postnet. All customers are redirected to Postnet to make copies of forms and ids in this regard at R4 per interaction.
So my concern in this regard is as follows:
1. Is there no budget for paper?
2. How much income was generated and redirected to Postnet due to the no paper issue?
3. Why should citizens and residents incur costs for service delivery not delivered at said branch?
4. Management to please intervene urgently please as this have a ripple effect acrossboard from traffic fines and residents unable to claim on insurances due to such delays and flaws in the system.
