Thabo Kgosi Makaota started this petition to RSA Parliament

Section 36, Subsection (1) of Chapter 2 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa needs to be amended to allow for the limitation of the Section 11 "Right To Life" where and when the right to life has been unlawfully and purposely violated.

That is to say that the unlawful and premeditated killing of a person(Murder) should be punishable by death in the Republic of South Africa.

This would not only serve as a deterrent of, to and for the crime of murder but also guarantee that a perpetrator of murder can never commit the same crime again as is the case in our lawless country.

That's all I have to say.
