Gift Madoda Radebe aka (Jackie Shandu) who has been charged for incitement and is currently in prison at durban central with cas no 1413/07/2021 . 

On the 26th of July 2021 on his face book page wherein he posted a flyer of a March and comments which spoke to suggestvor incite the masses against Parasitic violent relations between Indian IMMIGRANTS and native africans since 1860     

"We find  this to be inflammatory and suggestive that all Indians are racist cruel and parasitic since we have been in South africa. "

On Tuesday the 27th of July 2021 in a press briefing  shared in Jackie Shandus Facebook page a live press briefing on radio later that day  where he is unapologetic of his stance and states that the land of South Africa belongs to native Africans and had clear noted how the president of Uganda had Indians removed from the country and the same should happen in South africa which speaks to building racial divide . He states that leaders fed by Indians,Indians have a huge appetite for racial war ,Indians are mass murderers ,Indians are immigrants and are racist 

"We find this to be insighment and suggestive of Radical transformation by form of hostile takeover with no option but to leave what you have build and be removed based on race  . We also find this to be suggestion to the masses of his following which builds hatred and divide "

On 29th of July at 9h30 a procession March was led to the stairs of the city hall in durban and  GIFT MADODA RADEBE AKA (JACKIE SHANDU) HAD CHANTED 1 SETTLER ONE BULLET 1 INDIAN 1 BULLET . 

"THIS WE FIND TO BE INCITEMENT IN ITS TRUE FORM WITHOUT INTERPRETATION AND WE INSIST THAT EVERY INDIAN FOUND WITH BULLET BE LINKED TO THE COMMENTS OF MR SHANDU AS AN ACCOMPLICE FOR HIS STATEMENT OF INCITEMENT . WE ARE FULLY AWARE OF AN INDIAN MALE  BETWEEN THE AGES OF 55 AND 60 BEING FOUND ON THE FOOTPATH NEXT TO DUFFS ROAD RAILWAY STATIIN WITH A BULLET TO HIS HEAD THUS MORNING . INVESTIGATION OF INCITEMENT KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY SHOULD BE LINKED TO GIFT MADODA RADEBE AKA JACKIE SHANDU "

ON THE EVE OF THE 29TH OF JULY 2021 ON GOOD NEWS RADIO MR SHANDU MAKES AN UNAPPOLOGETIC COMMENT CALLING FOR AN ALL OUT RACIAL WAR AND CALLS ON PEOPLE TO LAY DOWN THEIR LIVES .HE ALSO STATES THAT SOUTH AFRICA BELONGS TO BLACKS ONLY AND THE OWNERS OF THE LAND . HE ALSO INCITES RACIAL TENSION AND SPEAKS TO INDIANS BEING TREATED HERE AS THEY WERE TREATED IN UGANDA AND MUST BE REMOVED . 

" We call on law enforcement to act swiftly in his investigation as we understand that he is under arrest but we should not leave any room for this sort of rhetoric to prosper any live lost through racial tension in any community should be set at the footstool of Mr Gift Madoda Radebe through the courts . Any attempt of racial looting or xenophobia should be tabled at the foot stool of Mr Gift Madoda Radebe through the courts. 

 

We insist through the judiciary that Mr Gift Madoda Radebe be charged.  

1. Riotous assembly act 

2. Incitement to commit any offense with incitement to commit public violence or incite racial hatred crime code (1020)

3. We would also like to see all those in attendance that cheered the rhetoric of 1 Bullet 1 Settler to also be arrested as theyvhave also stated those comments even though insighted by Gift Madoda Radebe (Jackie Shandu)

4. We would also like to request the senior prosecutor in this matter to remand him into custody for further statements from different organizations and the many cases that have been opened to be compiled . .

5. We  call for any form of bail to be denied as the repricussions to his actions will only be visible in the weeks to come like we have seen the brutal 1 bullet murder of an  Indian Male at Duffs road Today .

"We also call for any form of bail to be denied as the enormity and the repricusions of the statements Made by Mr Gift Madoda Radebe aka (Jackie shandu) will only be visible in the days to come whilst also noting that through his actions he has never used his real name but rather an alias which speaks to him fully understanding his actions an the risks whilst cleary declaring a smoke screen by which he could become a flight risk .
