SoundCloud new policy affect only free account by basically forcing them to pay a subscription to have unlimited upload.
A free account has normally 3 hours of upload but now with the new policy it will be 15 tracks.15 tracks is equal to 45 minute of upload.
SoundCloud is a "f r e e" streaming plateforme.
Well not anymore.
