The problem with my Sony XperiaZ1 Ultra premium phone was I was not able to dial any of the emergency control room numbers (e.g. Police 100, Ambulance or Child Helpline). The only emergency dialing number supported was 112 which is not valid in India. When Emergency numbers dialing is very important for working women like me but the premium phone of Sony Xperia doesn't support this. I wrote several emails at Sony Care but was reverted to change the sim but it did not help. The problem is with all the Sony XperiaZ series phone and not with the sim provider.
Customers in India are ill treated by Sony XperiaZ service centre and after sale service is so bad that even after months Emergency dialing problem is still NOT RESOLVED and the phone is moving from one service centre in Delhi to Chennai and to and fro. But certainly not in customer's hands in Mumbai..My phone is under warranty but being used Sony Xperia people.
I want them to listen to us, improve your customer after sales policies so consumers in India should not suffer after investing big amount of money and getting emergency facilities irrelevant to India. Sony Xperia don't dump your useless phones in Indian customer's hands!!
